Simo JR series electrical induction motor is a wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motor with slip ring, which complies with requirements of JB564-64 standard. It is designed to meet the user's needs for large-capacity low-voltage three-phase winding asynchronous motors. This series is drip protection type, it can be made into pipe ventilation requested by users. Before starting this motor, rheostat must be connected in rotor circuit, directly & short start of rotor winding starting is not allowed.
To meet with different clients' needs, the motors can be made into foot mounting or vertical mounting, insulation class H, double shaft ends, TH3, plateau and other situations.
Ambient temperature is -15 degree ~+40 degree ; Altitude Less than or equal to 1KM; and monthly average air humidity Less than or equal to 90% (If temperature is 25 degree ).
When the temperature of the air around the motor exceeds the above regulations or the air is not clean, duct ventilation should be adopted. At this time, the temperature of the cooling air entering both ends of the motor should be 0 degree ~ +40 degree , and the air pressure inside the pipe and motor should be higher than the pressure of the surrounding air, and blowers and dust filters should be installed if necessary.
Simo JR electrical induction motor is mainly applied in situations such as driving heavy starting load is needed, speed adjusting when operating, insufficient power distribution capacity or the squirrel-cage rotor motor cannot be started smoothly.
